with intention.

A 3 day, in person, brand workshop designed to help entrepreneurs break through their brand bottlenecks.

Whether you’re just starting out, refining your message, or trying to scale your company, this retreat will help you firm up your brand identity so that you can craft your business strategy with confidence.

You'll walk away with a defined brand blueprint and the path forward toward your next level strategy.

Is this program right for you?

Is your marketing converting?  Are you chasing every deal and winning fewer and fewer of them? Can you clearly state who your target audience is? You may think you have a marketing problem, but you really have a brand problem.

You’re posting, pitching, running ads, saying yes to every opportunity—and it’s still not adding up. Why? Because without a clear brand identity, every tactic is just a guess.

Brand Camp is a 3-day business retreat to define the foundation of your brand so your marketing can finally work.

This is about your business’s voice. Its message. Its promise. The blueprint that drives decisions and draws in customers who get it.

You’ll walk away with a business brand that is:

  • Strategic
  • Memorable
  • Positioned

Jill Salzman, a woman with curly brown hair, is wearing oversized hexagonal glasses and bright pink lipstick. She is leaning on her hands over an open newspaper, looking directly at the camera with a focused expression. The scene has a professional and thoughtful tone, with part of her reflection visible in a nearby glass surface.

Jill Salzman turns the mundane into inspiration and transforms the impossible into the achievable. Through defying expectations and breaking the rules, she succeeds in inspiring small business entrepreneurs and helping women figure out what works for them by using meaningful action to create positive results.

It took graduating from law school for Jill to quickly discover she wanted nothing to do with lawyer life and built a music management firm instead.  She then launched and sold a baby jewelry company. Running two companies simultaneously while experiencing the joys of motherhood full-time led to the founding of her current venture, The Founding Moms, the award-winning platform for mom entrepreneurs to build better businesses.

Jill is the author of The Best Business Book In The World* (according to my mom) and the Amazon best-seller, Found It: A Field Guide for Mom Entrepreneurs. She’s shared the speaker stage with Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Daymond John, Marilu Henner, and Desmond Tutu among others, and professed her love of Eddie Vedder in her TEDx talk on 11/11/11. She hosts the top-rated entertaining business podcast, Why Are We Shouting?, a question she asks herself daily. CNNMoney calls her a “mommy mogul.” MSN Live says she’s a “Cool Mom Entrepreneur We Love.” Forbes rated her a Top 100 Champion Small Business Influencer and voted The Founding Moms one of the Top 10 Websites For Entrepreneurs.

When she’s not speaking to audiences in patterned leggings, podcasting from her basement, or inspiring subscribers in 23 countries and counting, she’s on one of two crusades: getting an interview with Stephen Colbert and convincing her daughters that cassette tapes actually existed.
