The Mastermind on Masterminds
A transformative experience with Jill Salzman.

Creating a successful mastermind requires a deep understanding of your clients' needs and a thoughtful approach to delivering value.
You've likely spent countless hours perfecting your business, fine-tuning your marketing, and striving to create an exceptional experience for your clients. But even with all your hard work, there are moments of self-doubt and overwhelm. You may find yourself hesitating because hey, you're the expert. You feel you should have it all figured out by now.
Oh, how I understand your struggle.
In my early entrepreneurial days, I faced the same challenges—overworking, undercharging, and offering more more more to clients that didn't even appreciate my more. I overdid it on the very first mastermind I put together. I swore I'd never do it again...until I did it again...and again...
Slowly but surely, I found my focus.
The steps I needed to take were right in front of me, but I’d created so much busy-ness building my business that I couldn’t see them. As the fog lifted, I started to uncover the truths about my relationship to money, to mindset, and to myself. I began to work with coaches who guided me to the right places. I started to see how to work smart, not hard. I finally figured out how to deliver value in a mastermind format that participants truly loved.
There's a system you can craft to deliver real value and results to groups of clients. You just need a guide.
- Imagine developing a unique experience for your clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals. It’s possible.
- Imagine attracting the right clients to join your mastermind and making the money you really want to make. It’s possible.
- Imagine the connections you'll make, the community you'll support, and the outcomes of the mastermind that you'll mastermind. It's possible.
Let me guide you.
Together with a small group of fellow business owners, we’ll work in group and one-on-one settings to help you launch your mastermind. You’ll find the time to get it all done and you’ll really do it.

Your Expert

Jill Salzman turns the mundane into inspiration and transforms the impossible into the achievable. Through defying expectations and breaking the rules, she succeeds in inspiring small business owners to figure out what works for them by using meaningful action to create positive results.
It took graduating from law school for Jill to quickly discover she wanted nothing to do with lawyer life and built a music management firm instead. She then launched and sold a baby jewelry company. Running two companies simultaneously while experiencing the joys of motherhood full-time led to the founding of her current venture, The Founding Moms, the award-winning platform for mom entrepreneurs to build better businesses.
Jill is the author of The Best Business Book In The World* (according to my mom) and the Amazon best-seller, Found It: A Field Guide for Mom Entrepreneurs. She’s shared the speaker stage with Richard Branson, Sheryl Sandberg, Daymond John, Marilu Henner, and Desmond Tutu among others, and professed her love of Eddie Vedder in her TEDx talk on 11/11/11. She hosted the top-rated entertaining business podcast, Breaking Down Your Business with the brilliant Brad Farris and then moved on to host her solo show, Why Are We Shouting?, a question she asks herself daily. CNNMoney called her a “mogul,” MSN Live said she’s a “Cool Entrepreneur We Love,” and Forbes rated her a Top 100 Champion Small Business Influencer.
When she’s not speaking to audiences in patterned leggings, podcasting from her basement, or inspiring subscribers in 23 countries and counting, she’s on one of two crusades: getting an interview with Stephen Colbert and convincing her daughters that cassette tapes actually existed.
